Valentines, Vintage Style!

Despite all the crazies of painting and sewing and rearranging and whatnot of our home redo, I found a little time to dig out the box of vintage Valentine goodies and decorate my living room shelves and coffee table.  Just a little happy cheer, I thought you might enjoy sharing with me today.

There is that new vintage valentine girl I brought home last week.  She is sharing her shelf with two vintage candy boxes and a February children's activity book from the 50's.  Hard to see, but also there are a couple vintage Valentine handkerchieves.

More hankies, Valentine book and magazine and a sweet crepe paper pop up valentine basket from the 20's.

And the coffee table display:  glass hearts, vintage love letters bundled up with vintage seam binding, vintage candy box, the angel of love and some more hankies.  And since we celebrate the love we have, especially between two people: the" 2 of hearts" card.
